Usage: EE440L  Lab Coordinator: CT Chang/ Long Lee The purpose of this laboratory is to introduce students to laboratory measurement methods and physical understanding of the basic phenomena related to electrical conduction in gases, semiconductors materials and device properties, p-n junction diodes, bipolar junction transistors, laser diodes, optical fibers, microwave wave guides, standing waves and radiation from a horn antenna. The equipment in the lab supports this objective.
