Glenn Tolentino

Biography

Dr. Glenn Tolentino has devoted his career to advancing the nation’s most complex enterprise systems through science and engineering. As Lead Strategist for Mission Systems and Enterprise IT Solutions at Science Applications International Corporation, he drives innovation and collaboration by co-developing solutions with customers to address their toughest challenges. Previously, as Chief Scientist for the Command-and-Control Department at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, he bridged the gap between scientific research and engineering efforts to support key stakeholders.  Dr. Tolentino is a respected expert in his field, known for tackling challenging technical and operational problems.  He holds certifications as an INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) and a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).  He has authored numerous publications, contributed extensively to conferences, and earned degrees in Applied Mathematics (B.S.) from San Diego State University as well as Software Engineering (M.S.) and Computer Science (Ph.D.) from Southern Methodist University.
